In Gullspång you have two choices on the trail. If you are in a bit more of a hurry, we recommend that you take the cycle path that runs on the disused railway and which is paved and goes all the way to Otterbäcken. If you have a little more time, it is well worth a detour to cycle past Amnehärads church on the other side of road 26 and out towards Lake Vänern. See map for more detailed description of how to cycle. This alternative route is partly paved and partly gravel road. The village road winds through cozy countryside and offers beautiful postcard views of Lake Vänern with several coffee tables to take a little break. Along the way is Åråshults camping where each cottage has its own unique style and is filled with charm and small details. (This alternative route is about 1.2 miles long). If you have taken the alternative route, you will arrive at the paved embankment that you should follow to continue to Otterbäcken.
