"Where did we turn wrong?", "Is this the way to the jungle?", "Proud to be different". Artist Eka Acosta has made the loyal visitors - but at the same time they stand out.
Säffle Zoo is a group of sculptures created by the artist Eka Acosta. The sculptures are made of chicken nets and the artist's idea is that they should be true to nature but at the same time stand out.
Each sculpture has its own name, the penguins are called "Where did we turn wrong?" apan "Is this the way to the jungle?" and the duck “Proud to be different”. Also included is a full-size pink moose named Älje, (Christened by municipal residents). Read more about public art in Säffle here.
