Farm shop and summer café at Karaby Gård just outside Kristinehamn.
The farm shop sells ecological products from the nearby area, both Kristinehamn and Värmland, and products from their own farm. They sell lamb, pork, beef, deer, wild boar and turkey - depending on season. Also sausages, smoked meat, cheeses, salmon, flour, potatoes, eggs, jam, marmalade, mushrooms, craft beer, apple juice, chocolates, sheepskins and much more.
The farm shop is open all year, mainly during weekends.
Summer café
When the weather allows you can enjoy coffee and cake outdoors on the patio. Everything is home made from their own products; cinnamon buns, apple cake, cherry cake, etc, etc. Also ice cream and from local producer Kling Glass in Mariestad.
The farm also has an egg shop (open 24 hours a day - self service), vegetable cultivation, beehives, a pig sty and lambs. A Bed & Breakfast and hostel is located in the big house. You are welcome to look at the animals after you've shopped.
