Vildaparken in Väse - an activity park for the whole family.
VildaParken is located in the forest next to the community of Väse, about 20 minutes by car from Karlstad. The park is a spontaneous sports ground that is open 24 hours a day, all year round with free admission. Here there is, among other things, a skate park with bowl and street/flow section with rail and curb on approximately 750 square meters of riding surface. If you bring your own bike, there is a 350 meter long mountain bike track in two loops and a BMX track/pump track. If you like climbing, the low-altitude course is a fun challenge. It has 12 platforms built around trees, 1-2 meters above the ground. You get between the platforms by e.g. climb and balance and ride via a zipline. At the park, you will also find exercise tracks that are turned into cross-country ski tracks in the winter.
In VildaParken there are barbecue areas, toilets and picnic tables. Right now you can also see a street art exhibition next to the park alongside the railway track. During the summer, Karlstad Street Art gilded all the squares and meeting places in the center of Karlstad with its seven cubes and now has a new home next to VildaParken.
