Welcome to Rådhuskonditoriet, located in the historic building Gamla Rådhuset in the middle of the New Town Square in Lidköping! Here we serve traditional coffee bread, pastries, cookies and sandwiches. The range also includes the famous Läckö-kringlan, which has become a symbol of Lidköping and is a must during your visit to the city. Läckö-kringlan is made from puff pastry, has an orange-flavored glaze and is topped with pistachios.
In addition to the range of pastries, the café also offers light lunch options and delicious sandwiches. Why not try a classic liver pate sandwich or treat yourself to a meatball sandwich? There's something for every taste bud.
Rådhuskonditoriet opened its doors for the first time in 1957 and has been run by the family ever since. In early summer 2018, the premises were renovated and given a new, cozy interior. In the summers, you can sit down on the large nice outdoor terrace and enjoy your coffee while looking out over the crowd on the New Town Square, where there is still market trading every Wednesday and Saturday.
