The Oliveriet restaurant prepares authentic Italian food from scratch, including fresh artisan pasta. Slow-cooked pizzas are baked at high temperature in an Italian pizza oven. A visit here is like coming to Italy for a while. The restaurant is located in a cosy courtyard and has a lovely outdoor terrace in the summer. Quiet but in the centre of town! Oliveriet has its own import of wines and beer from mainly Sardinia but also Tuscany, Piedmont and Puglia, so you can try unique wines from small producers.

The Oliveriet restaurant also imports delicacies from family businesses in Italy that season their products with love. Andrea is from Sardinia so a lot of the delicacies come from the second largest island in the Mediterranean. They also organises wine tastings, cooking classes and other events related to Italy, food and wine.

Everything is made from scratch with hand-picked ingredients of the highest quality. The Oliveriet restaurant is Slow-Food and all food is cooked to order so it may take a little longer to eat here. The ingredients are seasonal and in addition to the Italian delicacies, local produce is used whenever possible and preferably organic.
